Germans move through the clear dark night, crunching on the frozen fields, churned by tanks, and muddy boots into a rough mess. Chizkovka is the weak point and the Germans press against this area.
Here we can see the planned attacks for the night turn. Can the Germans bust open the way?
34th and 16th Pzr want to press towards Rogi, and Bosovka. While the BAKE KG and 198 continue to dig towards the North and Shabinka.
In the South Popovka is the target in order to enable 17th a secure line of advance towards the river line to the North.
Similarly the 198th attack the Soviet arty cluster elements at 6:1, but its night which drops the odds 1 level. They still manage to force a step loss and a retreat. III Pz and 1st SS clear Chizkovka’s two hexes eliminating all resistance.
The attacks into the Bosovka are do not go well! Pushing back the German assault.
The 5th MC is released and will begin to plug holes in the coming Soviet turn.
