My Korean War counters are off-register just like yours, the unit counters are off-center, hitting too low on the square, just like yours as well. NOT what I would call living up to “Designer Signature Edition.”
On the other hand, very generous on the player aids, which is a definite plus.
(and the Rules are amazingly free of typos!)
