Montilemar -Mood shot

The general German mood at the start of the 1700 turn of the 23rd of August [day 3]..dark, brood and bloody bleak. The Allies have 29 VP. The Germans…..10….

We now face a sudden death crisis.

Mistakes were made, blindfolds are being handed out as well as last quality captured lucky strikes. More to come! Stay tuned to see if the Germans can recover and dig themselves out of a hole!

  1. Trying to learn from your mistakes, Kev, as I’m soloing Scenario 7 (Campaign Game) as we speak.

  2. I don’t think there were truly mistakes to this point.
I would not have taken the VP hit for the Panzer IVs. And Kev took some risk to grab a bunch of VP spots with the 11th Pzr which has them very spread out in the face of slowly arriving US forces. But nothing fatal or uncorrectable at this point.

Prob the worst “happening” was the destruction of a German paratrooper Battalion in front of a French defensive position supported by Shermans.
