  1. Your videos have piqued my interest in this game. The SCS rules make this a slam dunk for me. SCS is probably my favorite rules system right now. I’ve played Yom Kippur, Heights of Courage and the Ardennes under this rules system. All were good.

I also commented earlier on your recent GBoH clip. I forgot to add my name, my bad. Keep up the good vids. Can you do some naval games every once and a while?

  2. This is an impressive game. I had a question about the air rules and Dean Essig answered it within an hour! That’s pretty solid customer support. I’ve solitaired all of the modern scenarios and have two suggestions. First, I think there’s a need for rules imposing some limitations on NATO nuke usage. I really think its unlikely that NATO would ever have nuked large cities in the FRG that the Pact had occupied, even after Pact first use. That just seems “wrong” to me from a game design perspective. In one of my games NATO launched a counterattack that came close to liberating Czechoslovakia and capturing Leipzig. The ability to liberate Pact countries should have some impact on the victory conditions. Overall, the game is a great value and should provide great enjoyment to all SCS fans.
