1st Phase: Superior players Attack Phase
Eastern Front –
+2 1d6=5 = 3/1 [x2 RU units]
Defender stands.
AH rolls a 6 on a Plus 1 attack – 4/0 …yikes.
Second attack and third attacks – one / two.
Western Front
+5= 3/2
+4= 3/2
Inferior Player 1st Attack Phase
RU attack forts, capturing two. They attack AH units losing several steps for nominal gains.
In the West the BEF and FR combine to make Germans retreat [ they opt to take retreats] Similarly the Central Powers retreat, preserving CRP in the center.
2nd Superior Phase.
Germany attacks BEF with a +2 and gets a 3/1
German units who have cut off Russians get a 3/2 result [doubled for RU being attacked by Germans].
That ends combat for the phase.
3rd Superior combat phase.
Biggest issue I see here is an attack and no loss for the defender. Or a nominal one.
Russia is down to zero CRP and loses a unit, then another. But at great cost to the AH and Germans.
British will get 15 CRP, France 20, Russians 40! Germans 40 and Austria Hungary 25:
Next construction and the Summer of 1915. The Germans have a hand y edge, they can afford now to build units aggressively and perhaps invade Russia more aggressively ? Or they and wear down France?
If Paris should fall that really should know them out of the game. Should it not?
