In Turkey Air elements hit the forces at the edges of Istanbul, while largely ineffective it puts the Turks on notice.
Soviets are under strict orders to keep Finland out of the war, The Finns have notified the Soviet Embassy that any transgression across the borders or Arctic passage sought will be seen as an act of war.
