The Men of Iron series touches on the Battle of Ascalon but not Acre. While wildly historically inaccurate from a force pool and military reality perspective the SPI title is still fun to play. The MoI system attends to that detail lacking here but clearly is not meant for the siege orientation of Acre. A mashup of the two would be interesting.
