Continuing from HERE.
The 15th Panzer move to a ready position to counter in either direction. It appears as tho the Brits are driving on Tobruk as per our history lesson. By moving towards Bir el Chlela this allows us to go to either Sidi Rezegh, or Bardia.
The British 4th Arm. Royal Tank and 8th Hussar Battalions of light tanks harass and press back Wechmar’s formation who are screening the Italian’s rear.
The continue pressing fairly deep, and appear to be forswearing heading to Tobruk?
They ghost the combat train and force the HQ well back, and one Bn of Germans is now off map for a turn.
A deep thrust indeed. The scout cars are quick and efficient on the desert roads.
Wechmar activates, and earns a double move, pulling it’s units back into command. I’m guessing these guys were literally here to ensure there is no sneak attack on the rear of the Italians. AS they are not very useful in combat at the moment.
The Spt Group moves up on its own along a parallel route to the 4th Arm. Bde. They indeed take a double move also and come very close to 15th & 21st Pzr.
Tired of being attack? Yep. The 21st moves up. They attack by fire, and they also drop support for the Spt Group. Knocking steps off both of the Kings Royal Rifle and 2nd Rifle. They do lose a panzer step.

The turn wraps up as such:
Which is interestingly similar to the opening historical moves.
Thoughts on the series / system after playing this module? I thought you had some mixed feelings after playing the earlier games in the series?
Yep. The Bulge game…meh. it just rubbed me the wrong way. Here with updated rules, much more mobile battles you gather a better sense for the system. Still learning really. So no definitive opinions. Maybe more positive than GTS but less than some other new titles Ive tried recently.
OK – thanks. Once you’ve had a chance to use your game-brain to think it over I’ll be interested to see what you think overall.
no worries. WE could also walk thru the mechanics with a few bits on aboard once all this b.s. clears up
