May 4th Taco Takedown continues….

I went all out for healthy today. Corn Tortillas. Grilled onions and garlic, then a big handful of greens of all types. Slammed a lid on the pand and let it reduce for a minute. I whacked a salsa together Pear, Onion, Tomato, pickled Jalapeños, stirred into coriander, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and rice vinegar..and a splash of agave.

i’m ready to roll dice!
