Taco Takedown #1 May 1st

Well I was so excited to begin the odyssey of Taco Take downs that I forgot pictures.

Suffice to say left over – Pork Tenderloin, marinated in Bock beer, chilies and a little Molasses mixed with whole beans (Pinto) , fresh cut sharp cheddar and fresh Heirloom tomatoes on a flour tortilla kicked off proceedings!

May 5th I will be having a Taco from a new place in Austin called Valentines!…2nd 3rd and 4th who knows!
